How It Works
- The aim is for an experienced user to spend less than 2 minutes for any e-Transport request. For this, the solution learns from previously entered data and maximises the input of existing ERP data into e-Transport notification draft.
- E-Transport solution will send the notification to the fiscal authority (ANAF) containing transport information required by the authorities. ANAF will generate a UIT code which will be transmitted to the driver to accompany the goods during transportation.
Brings data already in ERP
E-Transport solution will adopt existing data from deliveries, POs, material master, etc., while some of the data will be entered manually by user (e.g. truck number, customs office).
Learning from experience
E-Transport solution will “learn” from data previously entered by user and will propose some defaults for new notifications (e.g. customs office for deliveries to a specific customer).
Adjustments on the go
E-Transport solution allows transport data adjustments (ex. new truck number / customs office) and reconfirmation from ANAF.
Communicate UIT
E-Transport solution will allow for transmission of UIT data in email, plain text, or print.
Enhanced traceability
E-Transport solution will keep full history for traceability.
Unique digital signature
Only one person in the company needs to have a digital signature for ANAF to obtain the Oauth 2.0 authentication token.
Automatic token refresh
The token is refreshed automatically every 30 days.
Uses e-Invoice token
The same token obtained for the e-Invoice solution can be used.
