msg Plaut is one of the companies in Austria that has been awarded the equalitA seal of quality for actively promoting women within the company.  

The equalitA seal of approval recognizes companies 

• which promote and support women within the company, 
• who ensure gender equality within the company, 
• promote women's careers and make them visible, thus supporting the professional equality of both sexes both within their own company and beyond. 

equalitA is implemented by the Federal Ministry for Digitalization and Business Location, supported by leading companies as well as personalities of the Austrian economy. This seal of approval once again emphasizes the importance of equal opportunities, equality and fairness.  

equalitA clearly positions companies like msg Plaut on the national and international market. The seal of approval is issued for three years.
