msg Plaut is expanding its group! There are now two new msg Plaut companies in Slovenia, both of which are subsidiaries of msg Plaut AG.

The first company is msg Plaut UAP, d.o.o. With the aim of further strengthening and strategically focusing on the insurance business in the markets, the previous Slovenian unit of msg life, msg life odateam d.o.o. based in Maribor, will become part of the msg Plaut group. In particular, the sales of the core product, the Unified Administration Platform (UAP), with a focus on smaller and medium-sized insurance companies and insurtechs, will be driven forward by the local team under the leadership of managing director Andrej Kline and technical lead Uros Grajfoner. Christian Knogler (Head of Financial Services and Board Member at msg Plaut) will support the management team as an additional managing director with his broad international experience. Klaus Sickinger (Regional Head CEE at msg Plaut) and Raimund Binder (CEO of msg Plaut) will serve as supervisory board members. As the business is product-based, the brand identity will be maintained. As a result of this transition, almost all 75 employees will move to msg Plaut.

The second new company is msg Plaut Adria, d.o.o., based in Ljubljana. This new company focuses on SAP consulting business (S/4HANA, Finance, Logistic, Food Solutions, Sustainability Solutions)j.
